Refund Policy

All sales are final, no refunds. Pricing is firm and non-negotiable.

 

 

Booking, cancellations, and rescheduling

 

A booking fee of 30% of the total cost of desired service is due at booking, and will be included in the total cost of your service. I will send you an invoice when I receive your booking inquiry, and the appointment will be approved if payment is received within 24 hours.

Booking fee is nonrefundable, but can be transferred one time to a later date if rescheduled within 48 hours. If a second cancellation occurs, the first booking fee will be forfeited and another will be due to reschedule again.
No shows will be charged 100% of their scheduled service fee.
Due to high volume of appointment inquiries, these policies are strictly enforced , and by booking, you are agreeing to this policy.

Lash Policy

​

I will work on foreign fills (working over another artists work) on a case-by-case basis. Extra fees may be required. 

​

A lash fill is considered as such only if at least 40% of lashes are remaining. Anything less than that will be considered a full set. If you are unsure on whether you need a fill or full set, please reach out to me so we can schedule you appropriately.

Lash retention varies on each individual, but the average fill time is 2 weeks. If you are having trouble with retention, please reach out so we can go over aftercare and pinpoint the cause.

Cosmetic Tattooing Policy

​

Cosmetic tattooing results may vary as each individual's skin and lifestyle is unique. I cannot guarantee the final outcome or number of times a service is required to reach desired outcome. 

​

Please disclose any contraindications that would prevent you from being eligible for cosmetic tattooing.
